Contingencies
Ballot failure changes nothing. Ballot success swaps Old for New; it never adds a third round. For weather or a course closure, use Jubilee only after a live slot and terms are verified, otherwise drop the affected round. Recheck all 2027 busy dates because The 155th Open is officially scheduled at St Andrews for July 11–18.
Weather and packing
